Welcome to Deerfield Furniture Mart. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website include Illinois sales tax. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. Delivery and installation are optional services quoted separately.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, even after order confirmation.

Product Availability

Our inventory operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Because we sell unique and limited-quantity items, availability cannot be guaranteed until purchase is complete. Items in your cart are not reserved.

Deposits

If you place a deposit to hold an item, please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, deposit amounts may be used as store credit for up to 6 months from the deposit date.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin. Delivery fees start at $50 and vary based on distance from our Prospect Heights location.

Standard delivery includes curbside drop-off at your designated address. Our team will unload items from the delivery vehicle, but items are not brought inside the home unless installation service is purchased.

Installation service ($50-150) includes bringing items inside, basic assembly, placement in your desired location, and packaging removal.

Delivery dates and times are estimates. We will contact you to confirm scheduling after your order is placed.

Pickup

Free pickup is available at our Prospect Heights warehouse: 65 E Palatine Rd, Unit 311, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Our team will help load items into your vehicle.

Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made. Items not picked up may be subject to storage fees or cancellation.

Assembly

Unless installation service is purchased, customers are responsible for any assembly required. We are not liable for damage that occurs during customer assembly.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery or pickup, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be in original condition, free from damage, stains, or odors
• The original purchaser must initiate the return
• Mattresses and bedding are final sale for hygiene reasons
• Custom orders and special-order items are final sale

Restocking Fees

• Customer pickup returns: $190 restocking fee
• Delivered items: $400 restocking fee (includes return pickup)

Product Condition

We sell new, like new, used, and fair condition furniture. Each item's condition is clearly listed on our website. Please review condition descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

For condition-based items, photos shown are of the actual item you will receive. For new items with stock photos, the item delivered may have minor variations.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties may apply to new items when available. Used and liquidation items are sold as-is without warranty unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for product defects or failures after the return period has ended.

Liability

Deerfield Furniture Mart is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from product use. Customers agree to use products in a safe and appropriate manner according to their intended purpose.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from purchases shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
